Walmart’s Black Friday 2017 deals
are large but Target Black Friday offers are almost as attractive. So with a large
scale list of savings between them covering different brand like iPhones, Samsung
smartphones, Xbox and PS4 consoles, expensive and budget HDTVs, Google Home and
even Amazon’s Kindle and Echo which retailer comes out on top? Let’s take a
look…

Where
Walmart Black Friday 2017 battle war Target Black Friday
Shopping Hours: If you are a
true Black Friday rationalist you will love the reality that Walmart‘s Black
Friday door busters will explore the entirety of Thanksgiving night into Black
Friday without stopping. Target on the other hand will close down at 12 AM
Black Friday before reopening at 6 AM. I give Walmart the win here as its
longer hours gives consumers a great opportunity to manage their shopping timetable
more easily.

Apple iPhone X, iPhone 8 and
iPhone 8 Plus offers: beginning Thursday, Walmart is just only pay a $300
Walmart gift card on Apple iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and
iPhone X Qualifying Purchases for AT&T and Verizon (product link). This is
one of my top rated schemes for the whole Black Friday and Cyber Monday season
and beats out the next best iPhone deal which is Target’s $250 gift card with
an activation of an iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus
Google Home Mini: Walmart has
the Google Home Mini for $29 + a $25 Shopping deal. The $25 shopping scheme is
$25 off a Walmart order through Google Express. This offer associates to a
better online discount than the $29 deal plus $20 Target gift card that Target
is offering on page 1 of its Black Friday ad. But both deals are almost free
for a great services.
Apple iPad 32GB WI-Fi: Walmart
has the 5th generation Apple iPad 32GB Wi-Fi for $249. While Target has the
same Black Friday sale for $249.99, Walmart is still $0.99 competitive and you
get free two-day shipping on this large than priced order so this is another
win for Walmart in my opinion.
PlayStation 4 Gran Turismo
Sport VR Bundle: Walmart’s Black Friday 2017 ad has the popular PS4 GranTurismo
Sport VR Bundle for $299 on page 6 which is $100 off. Target is not offering
this PS4 cluster so Walmart wins.
Economical 39-inch HDTV:
Walmart’s segment 39-inch Class HD (720P) Smart LED TV for $125 is the low-priced mainstream 39-inch Black
Friday TV deal I have seen this year which creates it an easy win for Walmart.
Target
Target Black Friday 2017
Amazon Gadgets: Not similar
Walmart, Target schemes a plethora of Amazon hardware for sale. If you are searching
to take up an Amazon hardware while you are away and about shopping, Target
wins smoothly over Walmart as it has no selection whatsoever.
Xbox One S 500GB Console:
Target’s Black Friday ad page 1 has the Xbox One S 500GB for $189.99 + $25 Gift
Card which is a saving of $90. While Walmart is offering the same device for
$189, Target’s $25 gift card gives it the edge.
Cost-Efficient 55-inch HDTV:
Target has an in-store only door buster on the Westinghouse 55-inch 4K Smart UHD
TV for $249.99. This is nearly $50 low-cost than the Sharp 55-inch Class 4K
(2160P) Smart LED TV going for $298 on page 1 of Walmart’s Black Friday ad.
While the Sharp TV is absolutely the better brand here, if I am going strictly
by price, I have to give Target the win.
GoPro HERO5 Black: Target is
offering the GoPro HERO5 Black for $349.99 + $50 Target Gift Card. This is
another acceptable product Walmart is not exactly advertising in its Black
Friday ad and therefore another win for Target.
Where
Walmart Black Friday ties Target Black Friday 2017
Shipping: Walmart and Target
are elegant equal when it available to shipping in my mind. While they both
have pros and cons for shipping this Black Friday and Cyber Monday, both are remarkable
and I will confirm shipping a tie. Walmart will offer free two-day shipping on at
least possible orders of $35 or more. The promoted shipping is a bonus but the
minimum need is not ideal for smaller orders. Target on the other hand will
offer free shipping and free returns on all orders. While it is not two-day
shipping, I like Target for not large orders to save some dollars you cannot
save at Walmart.
Thanksgiving Opening Time: Both
Walmart and Target will start door busters at 6pm on Thanksgiving. Be finally
to scheme respectively if you would like to strike both retailers on Thursday.
Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8
Plus and Galaxy Note 8 offers: Walmart and Target are both providing a $300
Gift Card on these Samsung smartphones. Both very good offers.
As you can see, Target and
Walmart Black Friday 2017 sales certainly do go toe-to-toe with one another
this holiday season. As such there’s not one compressive victor, but each has
clear occasion where they have the advantage over the other. In fact, perhaps
surprisingly, if there is one clear Black Friday 2017 champion it looks Kohl’s
with its incredible Kohl’s Cash deals.
